 The
construction method of the Simple and Continuous P.S.C Beam by Up-Down
method

In this method, after setting the
simple PSC beam manufactured in factory or field. Connecting perfectry
by using joint-plate. After casting the slab concret in positive
monent area, we up the inner support. Then after casting the slab
concret in negative monent area, we down the inner support.
In joint place, when each of manufacture
the PSC beam, we place the bolt at uppre-flange in advance and connect
using joint-plate. In bottom flange or lower web, we institute the
joint-path and connecting by joint-bar. For the convenient construction,
we institute the joint-elevated-place at center of gravity and inject
the unshrinkable mortar into the space of the joint-path and joint-place.

¡¡
The purpose of this method is this.
After setting the simple PSC beam manufactured in factory or field.
we recover the reduced compression that occured by creep and shrinkage
at bottom of beam by institute the tempory support in the middle
of span and up this tempory support. and add the compression at
bottom of beam by increasing section that casting the slab concrete
for composite the slab and PSC beam and then remove the tempory
suport.

after composition. In three span comtinuous beam, up and down the
