The applied method to the pile with preflex
The pile is the structure which
resist horizontal resistance by earth pressure so that make constructions
to be carried out safely and smoothly and which prevent soil, sand
and rocks falling from the excavated wall. The existing piles are
against the earth pressure used by H shape steel, steel pipes, Sheet
piles, and etc. But, Because H shape steel, steel pipes, and Sheet
piles are bordered on earth and soil and mostly under the ground
water level, they are easy to rust away, and in case of deeper boring
depth, the cross section are getting bigger to be against the bigger
earth pressure. moreover, a lot of strut for supporting the pressure
had to be prepared for the lateral deformation.
This method to the pile with preflex
is the method against the earth pressure of the excavated wall used
by the composite preflex beam which is fully applied the mechanical
advantages of materials; steel and concrete by introducing prestress
into H-shape steel covered concrete. And, It can make rust minimized
by covering steel with concrete and make effect of reducing materials
by using smaller cross section of the pile and make the amount of
strut minimized by increased section stiffness, so for the sides
of securing work space, construction expenses, and construction
period, it is the new improved method of the composite preflex beam.
